Brewake terms.
Last updated October 11, 2026
Who you’re buying from
Brewake is made and sold by Youngmi Jang (“we”). It is sold directly, not on the App Store. Orders are processed by Polar Software, Inc. (“Polar”), which resells Brewake as the Merchant of Record. Polar takes the payment, charges any sales tax or VAT, and sends your receipt and license key. Polar’s terms of service also apply to your purchase.
Price
Brewake costs $2.99, paid once. It is not a subscription and nothing renews. Sales tax or VAT is worked out at checkout from where you live.
Free trial
You can use Brewake free for 7 days, with no account. When the trial ends, you need a license key to keep using it.
Your license
A purchase gives you a personal license to use Brewake on up to 3 Macs at a time. To move it, deactivate it on one Mac and enter the key on another. Please don’t share or resell your key, and don’t try to get around the license check.
Refunds
If Brewake doesn’t work for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your purchase and you’ll get your money back in full. Email one@ashsoft.us from the address you bought with, or reply to your receipt email. Polar sends the money back to the card or account you paid with.
A refunded license key stops working. The app removes it the next time it checks the key, which is about once a week.
No warranty
Brewake is provided as is. We work to keep it running well, but we can’t promise it is free of bugs or that it will work with every future system update.
Liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for Brewake is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the consumer law of the country you live in.
Changes and governing law
If we change these terms, we’ll change the date at the top of this page. The terms in place on the day you bought apply to your purchase. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
